Part‑time Human Resources Lecturer (Independent Contractor)

About the role

Eduvos is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join its Potchefstroom campus as a part‑time lecturer on an independent contractor basis. You will deliver commerce‑related modules within the Faculty of Business and support departmental administration as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging lectures on Human Resources and related commerce topics.
• Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of course content.
• Assist with administrative tasks and departmental activities as required.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student feedback.

Required profile

• Relevant academic qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated teaching or lecturing experience at tertiary level.
• Ability to work flexibly during normal business hours on a part‑time schedule.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
