Parts Procurement Administrator

About the role
Responsible for delivering efficient service to customers by ensuring timely procurement of parts from a range of (mostly international) suppliers for divisional products.
Key responsibilities
- Place orders with suppliers.
- Follow up on orders and manage back‑orders.
- Maintain coverage for new and existing machine parts.
- Provide assistance in other after‑sales areas as required.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of procurement/buying experience.
- 1‑2 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- 3‑5 years knowledge of agricultural and construction machine spare parts.
- Procurement diploma (advantageous) and Matric/Grade 12.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Professional level English business communication.
