Paraplanner – Wealth Management

About the role

Network Finance is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support its wealth management team. You will work closely with a Wealth Manager, assisting clients and professional partners throughout the financial planning process and ensuring high‑quality, compliant advice.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client and partner meetings with the Wealth Manager to support fact‑finding and planning discussions.
• Prepare suitability reports, financial plans, investment proposals and related documentation.
• Conduct research and analysis to develop tailored financial solutions.
• Review existing financial structures and recommend strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Process new business applications, investment switches, withdrawals, and other transactions.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system and manage prospect leads.
• Obtain, verify and monitor FICA/FAIS documentation for new and existing clients.
• Coordinate investment account openings, offshore administration and foreign‑exchange transactions.
• Respond promptly to client queries while adhering to FSCA regulations and internal governance.

Required profile

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree; RE qualifications are advantageous.
• Proven experience in a Paraplanning role, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong client‑facing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and compliance awareness.
