About the role

If you are a finance professional with 3‑5 years of experience and enjoy taking ownership of financial reporting, controls and compliance in a fast‑paced environment, we would like to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts.
  • Review Income Statement and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and controls.
  • Manage VAT reconciliations, submissions and payments.
  • Oversee the fixed asset register and related reconciliations.
  • Manage annual audit requirements and liaise with external auditors.
  • Support cash flow management and treasury‑related activities.
  • Lead and mentor junior finance team members.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant accounting and reporting experience.
  • Strong financial reporting and reconciliations experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • BCom Accounting or related degree.
  • Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles.
  • CA(SA) qualification advantageous.
