Paper Solutions Sales & Relationship Executive

About the role

This is a road‑based sales position focused on paper and packaging solutions. You will split your week between client‑facing field work and collaborative office tasks, building new business while nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing clients to maintain and strengthen relationships.
• Identify and acquire new clients within target industries.
• Conduct targeted client visits and attend networking events to build a pipeline.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and monitor service delivery and satisfaction.
• Update the CRM accurately and regularly.
• Work with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare call reports, sales pipelines, forecasts and track progress.
• Handle client queries or complaints, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the paper or packaging sector.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and meet commission‑driven targets.
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
• High emotional and intellectual intelligence, able to integrate into a small team.
• Independent, trustworthy and willing to learn.
