About the role
Step into a dynamic position where creativity meets performance. As a Paid Social Media Marketer you will design data‑driven campaigns that turn audiences into engaged customers and drive business growth across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and TikTok.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid social strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Research marketing channels, analyse competitors and test new approaches.
- Build, launch and monitor campaigns, analysing performance and optimizing spend.
- Implement media plans, measurement frameworks and KPIs for paid social.
- Collaborate with brand managers and cross‑functional teams to integrate campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to maximise reach, awareness and conversions.
Required profile
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media.
- Proven track record of delivering conversion‑focused, brand‑building paid social campaigns.
