Paid Digital Specialist (Junior - Mid)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Paid Digital Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other performance channels. The role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on paid media experience who want to own campaigns, improve ROI and grow in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimise full‑funnel campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversion) on Google Ads, Meta Ads and secondary channels.
• Monitor daily/weekly performance, run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages and messaging, and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards, analyse data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and test audience segmentation strategies, support remarketing and lifecycle marketing.
• Collaborate with creative, content and product teams to ensure high‑quality assets and rapid feedback loops.
• Assist in pacing and managing paid media budgets to align spend with performance targets.

Required profile

• Grade 12 required; diploma or degree in Marketing/Business is a plus.
• 1–3 years proven experience in paid media campaign management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into growth strategies.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, test‑and‑learn environment.
