Outbound Telesales Agent – B2C Sales

About the role

OneDome is expanding its B2C TeleSales team to help consumers navigate the home‑buying journey. As an Outbound Telesales Agent you will call prospective customers, introduce the range of OneDome services and secure qualified appointments for specialist brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to consumers, meeting daily call targets.
• Identify customer needs and promote relevant OneDome services (mortgages, conveyancing, protection policies, financial planning).
• Book qualified appointments for specialist brokers.
• Build rapport quickly while maintaining a professional telephone manner.
• Handle objections confidently and adapt sales strategies to close outcomes.
• Accurately capture customer information and update CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call‑centre or telephone‑sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving call targets and appointment‑booking or sales KPIs.
• Strong communication, listening and persuasion skills.
• Resilient under pressure and able to handle objections.
• Self‑motivated, competitive and results‑driven.
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving sales environment.
• Experience in property, financial services or insurance is advantageous but not essential.
