About the role
OUTsurance offers an 18-month OSS Hastings Learnership in Centurion, Gauteng, designed for unemployed youth who want work experience in a call centre and a career in the financial and insurance industry. It is a structured, work-based programme, not an employment contract.
Required profile
- Matric qualification; no work experience required
- South African citizen aged 18 to 35
- Unemployed in the last 6 months
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships, take initiative and adapt to change
- Ability to multitask and handle stress, self-motivated and eager to learn
Required skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
What we offer
- A fixed-term learnership agreement with a stipend of R9 000 per month
- Workplace experience and the chance to practice work skills
