About the role
We are looking for energetic Call Centre Agents to join our outbound sales team in Centurion. You will contact potential customers, promote our range of cell phone contracts and deliver excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through outbound calls to offer cell phone contracts.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport and offering tailored solutions.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or post‑matric qualification.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑centre environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric approach.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Basic computer skills.
