Organisational Effectiveness Specialist

About the role

Shape organisational effectiveness through practical talent, culture and change interventions within a leading organisation. This role focuses on organisational diagnostics, talent management frameworks, culture implementation and change management, with an emphasis on turning theory into measurable business solutions. The specialist will work closely with leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive organisational diagnostics to identify performance gaps and development needs.
• Design, develop and implement talent management frameworks that align with business goals.
• Lead culture implementation initiatives, fostering behaviours that support the organisation’s vision.
• Manage change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and sustainable outcomes.

Required profile

• Hold a Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology.
• Possess an Industrial Psychologist designation and maintain active registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
• Have more than eight years of relevant experience in Organisational Development or Effectiveness, demonstrating a track record of successful interventions.
