Order Processing Manager

About the role

Join Schneider Electric in Johannesburg as an Order Processing Manager, leading a dynamic team to deliver seamless order experiences for both local and international customers. You will be at the heart of the logistics operation, ensuring accurate processing, timely delivery, and continuous improvement of order workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Sales Order Administration team, overseeing end‑to‑end order processing operations.
• Manage complex customer orders, including international transactions, catalog verification, pricing strategies, and large‑order requirements.
• Drive process optimisation for order management, shipping, and returns while maintaining accurate system updates for product availability, delivery dates, and pricing.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments to resolve critical delivery challenges.
• Analyse and report on customer inquiries, sales trends, and service metrics to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a senior or management position within order administration or distribution centre environments.
• Proven track record in business order administration and customer service.
• Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in process optimisation and performance monitoring.
• Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross‑functional teams.
