Order Fulfillment Manager – EM South

About the role

The Order Fulfillment Manager for EM South is responsible for coordinating supply and demand across wholesale, DPC, franchise, e‑commerce and own‑retail channels. The role ensures that customer orders are delivered on time and in full while supporting the market’s financial and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Match product availability with sales orders according to commercial requirements.
• Coordinate daily order‑book execution with Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Develop and manage pre‑season and in‑season delivery plans, considering warehouse capacity.
• Support campaign launches by aligning SCM, Business Units, Sales and Customer Service.
• Forecast demand and work with the warehouse to prioritize pick/pack activities.
• Participate in cross‑functional S&OP meetings and manage interfaces between SCM, sales and finance.
• Maintain order‑fulfillment KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Support system enhancements, testing and training within the S/4HANA environment.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in finance, business, logistics, planning, supply chain, information systems or operations.
• 7‑10 years of experience in a supply‑chain environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent planning, organization and deadline‑management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with S/4HANA system processes.
