Operations Supervisor – Logistics Operations

About the role
Operations is the heart of Amazon’s fulfilment network. As an Operations Supervisor you will be the first point of contact for team members on shift, ensuring that processes are followed and that the site runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Measure and monitor workflows, track on‑site performance and relay shift information to frontline management.
- Support, train and supervise employees in their daily tasks to deliver high‑quality service.
- Assist the Shift/Area Manager with projects aimed at improving processes, safety and workforce engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve common issues and support key performance areas.
- Use data analysis to identify opportunities to optimise safety, quality and productivity.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, production or supply chain.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
