Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the day‑to‑day operational activities of our inbound travel business. You will work closely with reservations consultants, internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless, high‑quality travel experiences for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support Reservations Consultants to deliver outstanding service.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily workflow, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide guidance on complex itineraries, destination expertise and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with guides, clients and suppliers to guarantee seamless travel experiences.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly and professionally.
• Maintain effective systems, processes and procedures.
• Conduct quality control on all bookings and manage confirmations, cancellations and amendments.
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for tourism and creating unforgettable travel experiences.
• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in inbound leisure travel, destination management or tour operations.
• Experience with the Turkish market is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of South and Southern Africa destinations, travel products and logistics.
• Ability to stay calm, adaptable and solutions‑focused in a fast‑paced environment.
