Operations & Inventory Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & Inventory Manager to be the central hub between manufacturing, logistics partners and our sales channels. Reporting to the founder and working daily with the Production Manager, you will ensure smooth fulfillment, accurate stock levels and scalable processes as we grow.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational communication across manufacturing, logistics and sales teams.
• Monitor fulfillment performance, flag issues early and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across all locations using Cin7.
• Develop and update SOPs, manage delays, exceptions and logistics issues end-to-end.
• Build stock-forecasting models, trigger replenishment and manage purchase orders.
• Align raw-material ordering with production schedules to prevent bottlenecks.
• Oversee distribution of stock to fulfil orders across e-commerce channels.

Required profile

• Proactive mindset with ownership attitude.
• Strong background in manufacturing operations and inventory control.
• Ability to work closely with production and logistics teams.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple timelines simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Cin7 inventory management software.
