About the role
We are looking for a motivated Despatch Clerk to join our team. The role involves efficiently dispatching goods, managing stock levels and ensuring accurate stock reconciliation at month‑end and year‑end.
Key responsibilities
- Compare system stock against physical stock on a daily basis.
- Receive and dispatch stock, ensuring proper rotation.
- Process invoices and perform stock reconciliations.
- Generate reports related to stock and dispatch activities.
- Lead and coordinate personnel to ensure trucks are loaded on time and in full according to schedule.
Required profile
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and analytical mindset.
Required skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Outlook.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
