Operations Coordinator – Remote (US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Operations Coordinator to manage the day‑to‑day execution of pool construction projects after a sale is closed. Working remotely on US business hours, you will ensure that all materials, equipment and subcontractors are coordinated so projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities from project hand‑over to completion.
• Order construction materials and equipment according to project specifications.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to secure timely procurement and delivery.
• Track orders from purchase through delivery, resolving any delays or supply issues.
• Maintain project schedules, ensuring materials arrive in line with construction timelines.
• Monitor project costs, keep accurate budget records and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Negotiate supplier pricing where appropriate.
• Maintain detailed records of purchases, invoices, delivery schedules and project documentation.
• Provide regular status updates to internal teams and management.
• Manage multiple active construction projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in operations coordination, project coordination, purchasing, procurement, supply chain or construction administration.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to handle several projects and competing priorities at once.
• Excellent communication and vendor‑relationship skills.
• Comfortable working with budgets, purchase orders, invoices and project documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with project management or purchasing software (preferred).
