Operations and Inventory Associate

About the role

We are looking for an organized, detail‑oriented Operations & Inventory Associate to manage the physical lifecycle of our inventory. The role supports the Pargo Point Technical Lead and ensures smooth day‑to‑day warehouse and fulfillment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and log incoming stock deliveries.
• Organise the warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and conduct regular stock counts and audits.
• Accurately pick items for customer orders, pack them securely and apply correct shipping documentation.
• Manage packaging materials, monitor supply levels and coordinate reorders.
• Perform quality assurance checks on incoming stock and on all packed orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse, retail stockroom or e‑commerce fulfillment role.
• Strong attention to detail to spot inventory errors or damaged goods.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift boxes daily.
• Reliability with proven ability to meet daily dispatch deadlines.
• Comfortable using basic inventory applications, scanning devices and spreadsheets.
