Operations Admin Clerk – Funeral Insurance

About the role

We are looking for a Junior‑to‑Mid Operations Admin Clerk who will act as the bridge between our Customer Care, Sales and Product teams. The role ensures smooth processing of claims, policies and sales while delivering excellent service to customers protecting their loved ones.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the Sales Force and customers, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Serve as the main link between the Product team and Customer Care/Sales teams.
• Monitor operational activity to detect issues early and identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate timely claim assessment and payment.
• Provide first‑line support for Customer Care and Sales, and act as point of contact for partner operational teams.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and feed feedback to the Product team.
