Onsite Visibility Consultant – Mass Market (Sandton)

About the role

The Onsite Visibility Consultant will act as the face of Discovery Funeral at targeted employer sites, driving brand awareness and new business growth. You will engage directly with members and prospects, providing expert guidance on funeral plans and related products.

Key responsibilities

• Interact face‑to‑face with Discovery Funeral members and potential members on site.
• Represent the brand as a Funeral brand ambassador.
• Troubleshoot member queries related to benefits, cards, products and new business.
• Market and educate members on funeral plans, both one‑on‑one and in group settings.
• Deliver product presentations to groups of potential members.
• Support on‑site marketing activations to attract and engage new prospects.
• Collaborate with Discovery stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Assist with new business implementations through direct member engagement.

Required profile

• Matric qualification (or N6) with a background in marketing, administration or business.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Presentable, persuasive and able to influence audiences.
• Resilient, proactive and eager to learn.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
