Onsite Call Centre Sales Agent (Cape Town)

About the role

Fundwell is seeking an energetic Call Centre Sales Agent to join its Cape Town office. You will engage US‑based business owners, qualify funding opportunities, and guide them through the application process in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150‑200+ outbound cold‑call dials daily to potential business clients.
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations focused with decision‑makers.
• Identify business needs quickly and position appropriate funding solutions.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through effective qualification and follow‑ups.
• Update client records in real‑time using the company CRM system.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or high‑volume cold‑calling environments.
• Excellent verbal communication with a clear, neutral English accent.
• Strong objection‑handling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to sustain 150‑200+ dials per day in a high‑pressure setting.
• High energy, motivated, resilient, and results‑focused.
• Exposure to UK or US markets is a plus.
• Fully committed to onsite work and US‑aligned hours (14:00‑23:00 or 15:00‑00:00).
