Online Sales Consultant

About the role

We are a growing, dynamic manufacturing company looking for an Online Sales Consultant to manage daily online orders and customer enquiries. The role will support the development of our new online division and ensure a professional, efficient experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage daily online orders from placement through to fulfilment and delivery.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email, telephone and other communication channels.
• Prepare and send quotations, assist customers with product recommendations and selections.
• Monitor walk‑in sales and follow up on outstanding orders and queries.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple orders and enquiries simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solver with an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a new online department.
