Online ESL Teacher – Teach Korean Professionals

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic online ESL instructors to teach Korean professionals in Business English, test preparation and general communication. The position is fully remote, allowing flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 10‑30 minute English lessons via video or phone to B2B clients and individual learners.
• Adapt lesson plans to student needs, covering Business English, exam preparation or conversational topics.
• Provide feedback, track progress and maintain high teaching standards.
• Follow a structured yet flexible curriculum tailored to each client’s goals.

Required profile

• Citizenship of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom or South Africa.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Passion for teaching, professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Ability to submit a 1‑minute self‑introduction video as part of the application.

Required skills

• Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps upload/download, post‑paid).
• Desktop or laptop with at least 8 GB RAM.
• HD webcam and USB or wired headset with a stick‑type microphone.
• Quiet, distraction‑free teaching environment with a plain white background.
