Onboarding Coordinator – Remote (EST Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Onboarding Coordinator to join a fast‑growing ABA therapy company. You will be the first point of contact for newly hired therapists across multiple US states, guiding them through every step of the onboarding journey while working EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding meetings via Zoom or Microsoft Teams with new therapists.
• Guide candidates through each onboarding stage, track progress and flag delays.
• Maintain candidate statuses on a shared board and ensure timely movement.
• Enter and update tasks in ClickUp and other company systems.
• Coordinate with the staffing team when candidates reach the placement stage.
• Manage approximately 30 onboarding cases per month per state, with team support during peak periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in onboarding, recruitment coordination or HR administration.
• Familiarity with the ABA therapy sector or broader healthcare/mental‑health services is a plus.
• Strong organisational and task‑oriented work style.
• Excellent follow‑up and communication abilities.
