About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Office Assistant to join a leading Transport & Compliance Services organisation in Pretoria East. The role involves providing reliable administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and maintain professional telephone etiquette.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
- Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Support multiple team members by multitasking under pressure.
Required profile
- Matriculation (high school) qualification.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and punctually.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Pastel accounting software is advantageous.
