About the role

The company is looking for an IT Support professional to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to office users. You will handle hardware, software and network issues, ensuring smooth operation of all IT equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user IT requests and troubleshoot computers, networks, software, cameras and peripherals (printers, photocopiers, time‑clock devices).
• Install and update office applications such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, email clients, VPN, accounting and airline ticketing systems.
• Manage IT assets: install, retrieve, relocate equipment and maintain an accurate inventory.
• Provide remote assistance using tools like TeamViewer and UltraViewer.
• Plan and propose preventive maintenance, and execute assigned IT maintenance tasks.
• Work independently or within a team, handling issues quickly and communicating flexibly.

Required profile

• University or college graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Network Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure with a professional and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office and Outlook
• VPN configuration
• TeamViewer / UltraViewer remote support tools
• Basic SQL query writing
• Hardware and network troubleshooting
