New Sales Manager Isuzu – Secunda

About the role

The Westvaal Motor Group, a motor dealership group with 40 dealerships across 6 provinces, is looking for a new Sales Manager for its Secunda dealership in Mpumalanga. The role sits in the vehicle sales department and suits someone who sees themselves as a strategic business and marketing leader.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the sales department to achieve customer satisfaction, owner loyalty and sales and profit goals.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to grow sales business.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Manage customer relationships through excellent service and frequent visits to potential and existing customers.
• Meet sales targets and performance goals, and stay up to date with industry trends.
• Present mobility solutions that meet customer needs.
• Lead, motivate and develop staff.

Required profile

• Matric.
• Relevant marketing qualification (advantageous).
• 5 years of sales experience.
• Management and self-driven abilities, coupled with integrity.

Required skills

• Knowledge of policies and procedures and business operations.
• Marketing and computer knowledge.
• Financial analysis and customer handling.
