Customer Relations Manager - Shopfitting and Installation

About the role

An established shopfitting, installation and custom-made product manufacturer, recruited by Redline Recruitment, is looking for a Customer Relations Manager based in Johannesburg. The role centres on building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and a positive customer experience. The successful candidate must be highly organised, communicate confidently and manage client expectations while coordinating with internal teams. The salary is R20,000 to R30,000 CTC per month.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new, existing and returning clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client enquiries, requests and service matters.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, project progress and client requirements.
• Keep clients informed about timelines, installations, deliveries and any changes.
• Liaise with sales, production, manufacturing and installation teams so client expectations are met.
• Resolve issues and complaints professionally and encourage repeat business.
• Record client information, communications and follow-ups accurately.
• Identify ways to improve customer satisfaction, service delivery and internal communication.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer relations, client services, account management or a similar role is advantageous.
• Experience in shopfitting, manufacturing, construction, installations or related industries is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple requests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
