About the role
Coca‑Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is seeking a New Business Development Manager to join its Sales department in Polokwane. Reporting directly to the District Manager, the role is centred on expanding the company’s footprint within an allocated customer base and delivering measurable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Implement CCBSA’s business strategy for the assigned customers.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to increase profitability.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong, long‑term relationships.
- Ensure perfect in‑trade execution and compliance with brand standards.
- Analyse market trends, monitor performance metrics and report progress to the District Manager.
Required profile
- Talented individual with relevant experience in sales or business development.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Based in Polokwane and able to travel within the assigned territory.
