National Retail Sales & Operations Manager

About the role

Dermalogica South Africa seeks a passionate, results‑driven leader to own the national retail sell‑out strategy, drive profitable growth and ensure consistent operational performance across concept stores and retailer counters.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor the national retail sell‑out strategy, set targets and scorecards, and analyse performance against budget.
• Oversee store operations, staffing, inventory counts, merchandising, planograms and new product launches.
• Lead and develop high‑performing sales and operations teams, manage budgets, commissions and expense reporting.
• Build strong retailer, customer and stakeholder relationships, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and resolve operational issues.
• Conduct market and competitor intelligence, translate insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management or related field; business qualification advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Proven experience in senior retail sales and operations leadership, preferably within a national multi‑store environment.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
