Mobile App Engineer - Team Lead

About the role

SIHAMCO is looking for a versatile Senior Software Engineer ready to step into a Team Lead position. You will design, develop, and deliver robust, scalable mobile and web solutions across the full technology stack while guiding a team through the entire software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers through planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Architect and develop scalable, reliable, and secure systems using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code, enforce coding standards, and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Implement DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and cloud deployments.
• Optimize code and system architecture for performance and efficiency.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading software development teams and delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture, microservices, and both synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with full‑stack development and database design.
• Familiarity with ITIL and SDLC standards.

• Python, Dart (Flutter), PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind, Google Apps Script
• Solidity (smart contract development) – highly desirable
• Microservices architecture, REST, gRPC, Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Relational databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL
• NoSQL databases: MongoDB, Couchbase, Firebase Firestore, Neo4j
• Caching: Redis, Memcache
• Linux server administration, GitHub Actions for CI/CD
