MIS Analyst

About the role

Hollywoodbets is looking for an MIS Analyst to join its team in Umhlanga, Durban. The analyst will prepare, publish and automate management reports that help senior leaders monitor employee performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and distribute accurate management reports on a regular basis, automating processes where possible.
• Develop and maintain MIS documentation to support smooth system operations and easy maintenance.
• Collaborate with managers and team leaders to identify reporting needs and improve business performance.
• Provide recommendations to enhance existing MIS tools for greater reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Perform data analysis for periodic and ad‑hoc reporting, delivering actionable insights.
• Maintain a master list of all reports, including timelines, owners and storage locations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of MIS experience in a contact‑centre environment with a proven track record.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• A relevant degree or diploma is advantageous.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).
• Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or similar.
