Mid‑Senior Graphic Designer – FMCG & Motion

About the role

Thirsti, a fast‑growing South African beverage brand, is looking for a mid‑senior graphic designer with strong FMCG packaging expertise. You will join the in‑house creative team, reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, and will be responsible for turning concepts into high‑quality visual assets across packaging, print, digital and video.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine packaging for existing and new product lines, producing print‑ready artwork, dielines and colour specifications.
• Maintain visual consistency of Thirsti’s brand identity across all formats, including POS, digital, and large‑format media.
• Create outdoor media, event branding, fleet graphics and retail environment designs.
• Collaborate with printers, repro houses and production teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Manage multiple projects independently from concept through final production.

Required profile

• Mid‑senior level experience in FMCG packaging design.
• Hands‑on experience across print, digital and video content creation.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and uphold technical production standards.
• Strong collaboration skills with marketing, trade, NPD and events teams.
