Mid-Weight Integrated Designer – Digital & Print

About the role

OLIVER is looking for a Mid‑Weight Integrated Designer to create innovative visual solutions across digital, social, print, retail and out‑of‑home channels. You will work closely with strategists, copywriters and account teams to deliver campaigns that are on‑brand, engaging and performance‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, social, print, retail and OOH.
• Design high‑quality assets, including static and animated banners, Meta and TikTok content, print collateral, and retail visuals.
• Interpret briefs and translate strategic insights into compelling visual communications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure ideas are original, effective and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Produce production‑ready artwork for multiple formats and ensure technical specifications are met.
• Storyboard and develop animation concepts for motion and video content.
• Present design rationale confidently to internal stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies and digital design best practices.
• Leverage generative AI tools to enhance ideation and output quality.

Required profile

• Strong integrated design capability across digital, social, print, retail and OOH.
• Mid‑level experience with a proven portfolio of multi‑channel campaigns.
• Excellent visual storytelling, typography and layout skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced agency environment.
