Mid-Weight Graphic Designer – Visual & Social Media

About the role

Outsourced CFO is looking for a creative and agile Graphic Designer to drive the visual identity of the OCFO brand family, including OCFO, Founders Events and Founders Foundation. Working closely with the marketing team, you will produce high‑quality digital assets and capture spontaneous social content directly from events and the office.

Key responsibilities

• Design on‑brand visual assets for websites, digital banners, flyers, one‑pagers, due‑diligence reports and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain and enforce visual templates to ensure consistent brand presentation across all touchpoints.
• Capture authentic photos and short‑form videos with a smartphone for social media, and create engaging graphics and copy aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support email newsletters, case‑study layouts and blog uploads, including basic SEO tagging.
• Provide design support for event materials such as signage, presentations and digital invitations, and assist in formatting performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and content creation.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple deadlines and demonstrate measurable impact through AI‑driven efficiencies.
• Strong emotional self‑awareness and resilience.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Canva.
• Smartphone videography and photography.
• Use of AI tools for generative fill, copy editing and workflow automation.
