Mid-Weight Graphic Designer & Content Creator

About the role

Outsourced CFO is looking for a creative and agile Graphic Designer & Content Creator to strengthen the visual identity of the OCFO brand family, including OCFO, Founders Events and Founders Foundation. Based in Cape Town, you will act as the visual engine of the marketing team, producing on‑brand digital assets and capturing authentic social content at events.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality visual assets for websites, digital banners, flyers, one‑pagers, due‑diligence reports and other marketing collateral while maintaining strict brand consistency.
• Create and publish social media graphics, write concise post copy, and shoot authentic photos and short‑form videos (Reels/TikTok style) using a smartphone.
• Support email marketing by designing newsletters, formatting case studies and presentation decks, and uploading blog content with basic SEO tagging.
• Provide design support for event materials such as signage, digital invites and presentations, and assist in preparing visual leadership reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and content creation.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into the design workflow and show measurable efficiency gains.
• Adaptable, resilient and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Canva.
• Smartphone videography and photography.
• AI‑assisted design tools (e.g., generative fill, AI copy editing, workflow automation).
