Mid-level SEO Specialist

About the role

Rogerwilco is looking for a mid‑level SEO Specialist based near Durbanville to own the organic growth of client websites. You will combine technical expertise, keyword strategy and content optimisation to boost visibility and traffic across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimise content, meta tags, URLs and internal linking structures.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate implementations with development teams.
• Track and report on performance KPIs such as traffic, rankings and CTR.
• Collaborate with content and web teams to drive SEO initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes, tools and SEO innovations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and managing multiple projects.
• Familiarity with ClickUp and GSuite is a plus.
