Mid-level Project Manager – Software Development (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated mid‑level Project Manager to lead software development initiatives for our custom workflow management solutions. The role is fully remote and focuses on coordinating agile teams to deliver high‑quality products that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog grooming and retrospectives.
• Plan, track and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and QA Engineers to align resources and priorities.
• Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting risks and mitigation plans.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain project momentum.
• Validate deliverables against company standards and client specifications before release.
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including roadmaps and progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience managing software development projects.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical goals into actionable tasks.
