Mid-Level Low-Code Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Low-Code Developer to join our fully remote team. You will design, build, and maintain business applications on Quickbase, Microsoft Power Platform, and optionally Mendix, turning complex operational requirements into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop applications on Quickbase, Power Apps/Power Platform, and Mendix.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders, create user stories, and translate them into low-code solutions.
• Build and maintain Quickbase tables, relationships, reports, dashboards, forms, and automations.
• Create Power Apps canvas and model‑driven apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards integrated with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems.
• Integrate low‑code apps with external REST APIs, webhooks, databases, and SaaS platforms.
• Document solutions, enforce governance, and ensure security and compliance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications as needs evolve.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates and low‑code best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience developing applications on Quickbase.
• Proven ability to design normalized data models and relational structures in low‑code environments.
• Experience integrating low‑code platforms with REST APIs, webhooks, or enterprise systems (ERP/CRM).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with non‑technical stakeholders.
