Mid-Level Graphic Designer & Creative

About the role

We are seeking a talented mid‑level graphic designer who will create compelling visual solutions for our portfolio of outdoor, ocean, hospitality, travel and lifestyle brands. The role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Ballito, KZN, and requires a strong connection to ocean or outdoor activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop social media and campaign creative assets.
• Design and evolve brand identities.
• Create website layouts and digital assets.
• Produce brochures and other marketing collateral.
• Generate reels and short‑form video content.

Required profile

• A degree in marketing.
• Three to five years of professional design experience.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Active participation in ocean or outdoor activities such as surfing, fishing, diving, sailing, or swimming.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator.
• Adobe InDesign.
• Canva.
• Proficiency with ChatGPT for ideation and content generation.
• Experience creating digital and social media content.
