Mid-Level Customer Success Representative

About the role

Integrity360 is seeking a Mid‑Level Customer Success Representative to act as the primary liaison for its Managed Detection and Response (MDR) clients. The role sits at the intersection of client communication, technical service understanding, and cybersecurity operations, offering a pathway to deepen cybersecurity expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for MDR and related service clients, managing relationships and daily interactions.
• Compile, analyse and present monthly service and incident reports with contextual insights.
• Explain alerts, patterns and anomalies generated by the MDR platform, escalating complex issues to internal specialists.
• Facilitate service reviews, improvement discussions and coordinate cross‑functional communication between clients and internal teams.
• Log, track and follow up on technical and service tasks to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
• Occasionally attend on‑site meetings and build relationships with technical and leadership stakeholders.

Required profile

• Articulate, detail‑oriented professional with a solid understanding of core IT and cybersecurity concepts.
• Ability to translate technical analysis into clear, business‑focused language for clients.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
