Mid-Level Android Developer

About the role

Impact.com is seeking a Mid-Level Android Developer to design, develop, and maintain its Android application. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver a high‑quality, user‑friendly mobile experience for the company’s partnership management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the tech lead, product manager, and designer to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain the Android app following best practices.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Kotlin code adhering to coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team.
• Debug and resolve bugs reported by QA and end‑users.
• Stay current with Android development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Optimize performance and ensure responsiveness across devices and Android versions.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional Android app development experience.
• Proficiency in Kotlin programming.
• Strong knowledge of the Android SDK.
