Mid Integrated Designer

About the role

OLIVER is seeking a Mid Integrated Designer to join its Johannesburg team. You will take digital, print and social content projects from brief to completion, working closely with brand guidelines to deliver impactful communications across South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to final delivery, collaborating with junior and senior designers.
• Produce design concepts with clear rationale and pitch new creative ideas to clients.
• Develop fresh design solutions within brand, marketing and production constraints.
• Create and repurpose content from global toolkits, including retouching, lock‑up design, layout and illustration.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and consumer‑first focus.
• Manage multiple projects, meet agreed timelines and monitor quality, accuracy and consistency.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and research branding developments.

• Strong client engagement skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Passion for design and social media, aware of the latest digital and social innovations.
• Creative flair with solid art direction and concepting abilities across multiple platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
