Marketing Manager

About the role

The organisation is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead internal marketing, communication and brand alignment initiatives. This role is ideal for creative and strategic professionals who can translate complex engineering projects into engaging internal content that drives employee engagement and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal marketing and communication strategies.
• Create engaging internal content such as newsletters, campaigns, presentations and digital communications.
• Manage corporate branding across internal and external materials.
• Support leadership with marketing reports, presentations and strategic communication initiatives.
• Coordinate internal events, engagement campaigns and employee recognition initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to communicate engineering projects and company milestones effectively.
• Manage marketing collateral, templates, internal platforms and communication channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or Business Management.
• 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in engineering, industrial or project‑based environments.
• Proven experience in internal marketing and corporate communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with digital marketing and creative tools.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management capability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Graphic design, video editing or content creation experience is advantageous.
