Marketing Manager

About the role

Aramex is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop, implement and execute a strategic marketing plan that attracts new customers and retains existing ones. You will align creative direction with the company’s strategic goals and drive brand growth across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to define marketing objectives and comprehensive strategies.
• Identify target markets, understand customer needs and analyse market trends.
• Oversee creation of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, website content, promotional materials) ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, SEO and online advertising.
• Manage brand identity, develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all communications.
• Conduct market research, gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns, optimizing for ROI.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships, and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows and conferences.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 5‑6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in shipping, logistics or transportation.
• Proven track record in digital marketing and brand management.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
