About the role
Mondelēz International is recruiting for its 2-year rotational Graduate Programme (Taste the Future) within the Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit, which covers Southern Africa, West Africa and the Rest of Africa markets. The programme is designed to develop the next generation of young, innovative and entrepreneurial leaders who will help lead the future of snacking.
Required profile
- Recent graduate, or recent graduate with a maximum of 1 year of work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, with a minimum of 60% academic average
- Evidence of leadership commitments and a growth mindset
- Technologically savvy, goal-driven and a fast learner
- Good interpersonal skills, great communication and a passion for the brands
