Marketing & Digital Coordinator

About the role

Lesana Financial Services is seeking a Marketing & Digital Coordinator to lead the brand’s online and offline presence from its Maseru office. The role combines strategic campaign planning with hands‑on digital execution to drive engagement, lead generation and community outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies, events and product launches.
• Manage the company website, social media channels and digital advertising to increase audience engagement and generate leads.
• Create copy, visuals and multimedia content that resonates with target audiences.
• Track performance metrics, analyse data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and community stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or digital communications.
• Strong knowledge of social media, website management and digital campaign execution.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s licence, willingness to travel and a customer‑focused attitude.
