Marketing & Communications Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative, digitally‑savvy Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our Cape Town team. You will shape our digital presence and client communication strategy within the international property and investment market.

Key responsibilities

• Create, coordinate and publish engaging digital content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other social channels.
• Assist with short‑form video production, script writing, captions and messaging.
• Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns targeting international property buyers and investors.
• Draft professional emails, presentations, client communication material and marketing copy.
• Manage social media scheduling, content calendars and campaign coordination.
• Facilitate communication between clients, property agents and internal specialists.
• Contribute to website, branding and other communication‑related projects as needed.
• Provide marketing administration support and monitor online engagement to improve visibility.

Required profile

• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Experience in content creation, copywriting, script writing or digital communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, professional office environment.
