Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with strong expertise in lean and continuous improvement methodologies to drive efficiency across our production facilities. The role involves applying engineering principles, advanced CAD/CAM tools, and automation knowledge to optimise processes and support cross‑functional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, FMEA/PFMEA, and create control plans and SPC charts.
• Design and optimise production systems using CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA.
• Collaborate with robotics and automation teams to integrate new equipment.
• Lead project management activities and coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, process or industrial engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project management abilities.
